::The staff here is genuinely friendly and the pharmacy staff is a bit more knowledgeable than certain other drug stores I've used in the past. Wait times could be improved upon, but they're not the worst. The store layout is easy to follow and you have the option of self checkout or regular check-out.

::I'm from out of town and this is by far the worse CVS I've been to. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. One staff member lied straight to my face about having no washrooms after overhearing a different employee telling another customer where the washrooms were. Another employee didn't know where anything was but he was the most helpful out of any of the other employees I encountered.

::Lord help you if you ever have an urgent medication. My past 4 prescriptions were never filled or delivered and I was told there is no email or specific person I can file a complaint with. Each time it is the same story. This time, I called in my medication this morning (expressed the urgency) and was confirmed that it would be filled and delivered that day. Low and behold, come 8PM (close of delivery window and over 10 hours later) and no delivery. I call the pharmacy and they say there was an issue with my prescription....the SAME thing they said last time. Asked if I changed insurance..which I didn't and they also tried to ask last time. I then spoke with another pharmacist and point blank asked if they had filled the script and she said there was NO history of my fill request that day....meaning the pharmacist who filled it did not even input my call let alone an issue with the script and the pharmacist who answered and claimed there was an error flat out lied to me on a recorded line. These are not children but trained medical staff lying to patients who need prescriptions and then say there is no one else to help them. AGAIN, this is the 4th time this has happened to me in my life and every time it is only at this location where apparently medication is taken as seriously as the tic tacs they sell. UNBELIEVABLE. CVS when you start getting sued for patient seizures because they can't get their medicine...I hope you look to your pharmacists and are held accountable.
