  It’s small, they don’t have much selection. The pharmacy counter is always busy, with a line for drop off and for pick up. It takes for ever.

  This store is a total mess, the pharmacy section need a complete make over cos the staff behind the counter have on idea what they are doing. It take over two hours to pick up your prescription and the wait line is ridiculous. The staff have this angry look on their faces as if customers are bothering them.

  This store is ridiculous.... specifically the pharmacy. Waited 15 minutes on the pick up line finally talked to the cashier then she said I had to go to Drop-off because it was my first tine here. I go to drop-off line and another 5 minutes and the lady says my prescription will be ready in 10-15 minutes and that I don’t have to wait in line and they’ll call my name. I wait 20 minutes get back on the pick-up line and it’s still not ready so at this point I’m fed up and I leave to go eat. I come back 20 minutes later get back on the pick up line wait another 10 minutes then the employee looks for it and can’t find it, she looks through these baskets three times and can’t find it. She finally looks carefully and it’s where she was looking in the first place. I get my prescription and fine I leave. I double check to make sure I got the right number of pills and guess what.... I got 12 pills when I needed 14. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never ever return again. So poorly managed and the staff didn’t even bother to apologize once.

  Evidently they won’t start filling your prescription until you give them insurance info in person (they don’t seem to save it). So if your doctor calls something in, and you wait in the 45 minute line to pick it up, when you get to the front they kick you over to drop off, you wait another twenty minutes on that line, they put in your insurance info and then tell you it’ll take a half hour to fill. Best go get in the pick up line immediately, because you’ll be waiting at least that long before you get back to the front.

  The cashiers are virtually always excellent. The pharmacist - doctors are highly knowledgeable and pleasant when one asks them questions. These people and others on the phone taking your order are unfailingly polite. Yes, sometimes the lines are a bit long, but at those times there are invariably the full load of patient cashiers keeping up with the influx of patients. Some people on this thread are making extremely questionable complaints. Are they living on a different planet, or perhaps in a different solar system?
