  Just came to check pharmacy hours and had to post because I’m shocked to see theses terrible reviews. I’ve always found the staff here to be pleasant and helpful. The best chain pharmacy in the area!

  The folks at the pharmacy can really benefit from customer service training including the head pharmacist. This man has told my speacilist that they are out of a medication that is indeed in stock. When I visited the store in person as advised by my doctor, I noticed a huge workload and the staff being shorthahnded. This is understandable but unacceptable when it comes to someone’s much needed medication (post chemo treatment for my son). This instance was just one of many undesirable experiences with the pharmacy side of this store. I wish them improvement and self development. As far as the retail store and staff, they are OUTSTANDING. Perhaps they can train the pharmacist and the pharmacy crew in the back.

  I am writing about the staff at the pharmacy which I have had the misfortune of dealing with them on several occasions. They have consistently been unhelpful, rude, with little or no knowledge of products..

  Horrible pharmacy policy... very rude costumer service... pharmacist wasn't willing to help out a simple misunderstanding.
