  This Cvs is so unprofessional, they never call prescriptions in on time. When I asked the pharmacist why my prescription was not filled on time, she rudely told me that it was because they just called it in a day before. If your given 6 days to call my medication in, why haven’t you called it in yet? It is completely unacceptable and I will be transferring to another pharmacy, so thanks for doing this!

  The pharmacy staff gave me wrong information about my son's prescription. I have had issues with the staff many times. Worst customer service.

  Worst customer service possible in the pharmacy. They can never fill a prescription correctly without any conflict or problems. The service has really gone down. The staff at the main checkout is normally pleasant.

  Worst CVS. You will sit in that Drive thru without being acknowledge till you have to drive off. The pharmacy clerks have bad attitudes. Go up the street to the CVS pharmacy in Takoma Pk in DC and you can get excellent customer service.

  This CVS is typical of pharmacies located in a low to middle income urban areas. They offer services for money orders, but their equipment remains broken for long periods of time. Their personnel offer half-hearted, forced greetings; if they offer any greeting at all. The place could use some brightening up (a paint job perhaps), newer shelving? Its a dim place, and when I absolutely have to go there, I can't wait to leave.
