  You have to use the coupons associated with your Extra Care card, or the phone app, otherwise you get mauled at the register. Prices are reasonable if you use the discounts. Checkout at this store is slow. Even with only one person ahead of you it seems to take forever to get out of there.

  After leaving CVS store in Brooklyn (Montegue St) with disappointment due to poor services from the pharmacy dept, I called CVS in Queens to inquire about a cough medicine for my sick daughter. Josh took my call and inquired my request. Less than 5 minutes, Josh came back with a solution. Customer Service at its best - Thank you Josh for your professionalism and respect.
