  Its too bad that a newer building could not be filled with friendly professional employees. My experience has been a place full of attitude and indifference from the manager on down, even with regular customers. If that translates into how they manage their inventory, its not a place I would go to for anything important like milk or medication.

  The staff isn't the best, but it's your usual CVS.

  I always had trouble picking up medicines for my sister who has epilepsy. always said that she had to call her doctor for the refill .. supposedly the pharmacy has to call but they are rude and do not help... thanks God I change pharmacy. Today by emergency I had to return to picking up my baby's medicine for 4 months (she had the flu ) and they told me that their insurance does not work. I had to call out to my work and go to social services and ask what was happening and they told me that everything is fine with my baby's insurance. I returned to the cvs and they got confused or I do not know what happened that they had another number of insurance for my baby ... I had to lose a day of work because of the cvs ... they have poorly attended to their clients.😡😡😡

  I went in to this cvs to pick up my prescription as soon as i walked through the door there were a few employees near the entrance no body bothered to say hello or nothing!!! Anyways i went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and the girl who was helping me took along time at the checkout and the receipt didnt print and i showed it to her and she didn’t seem to care!!!!!!!!!!! Not going back id rather prefer my home store at riverside ct 1239 eastputnam ave.
