  Disappointing that CVS Corporate doesn’t do more to improve the front end operation of this store. Do they not do assessments of how well their stores are run? It would seem to be management 101 that if a long line exists (almost all the time) and you are standing around, you open another register so that your customers aren’t getting frustrated shopping in your store, no CVS? Being short handed is one thing, but countless times I’ve seen a 10 person deep line and a manager talking in an aisle? And the training program clearly isn’t working. Many of the front end workers can’t answer questions or are short and almost rude when you do chat with them. Customer service training and then performance reviews are necessary. For what it’s worth, I’ve not had the same experience at the Pharmacy. The pharmacy has been consistently customer service oriented, friendly & efficient. It’s a tale of two stores....

  Friendly staff. Small cramped, parking lot. It is messy, dirty, and appears very busy.

  Find it a little busy but all in all very neat and workers are nice ,made several returns easily no problem. big selection of a variety of items .

  delivery takes too long !! Been waiting for my medicine for 2 days now !!

  First time I went there and it was pretty small compared to all the other CVS I went to in the city. The staff is friendly. Prices are a bit high though
