  Was told one thing about a price yesterday and then another today. Terrible customer service and experience. Avoid this pharmacy.

  Best CVS in the country. The store is clean, well organized and staffed with helpful associates who are often willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a positive experience. Richard who is a store associate (or maybe manager- not sure of his title), has helped me time and time again. I’ve witnessed him greet each customer with a smile and offer assistance repeatedly. He has also offered and helped me carry heavy items to my car and made sure I left store with everything I needed. For these reason I will drive out of the way to only shop at this specific CVS. Whoever is in charge of staffing this specific CVS is making all the right decisions.

  The worst service ever. A relative had surgery and I was attempting to pick up their pain meds. Doctor had sent it electronically. Their system was down; then “slow”. After 60 minutes, still no prescription! And the MD can’t just call in certain meds. CVS didn’t even have the customer service skills to pretend like they were sorry or cared. Had to go to Rite Aid.

  The customer service at this CVS is top notch! They went above and beyond to help me with a CVS reward bucks issue I had and they were very friendly while doing it. It’s a breath of fresh air to have great service like this staff has!
