::If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been to the pharmacy here twice and each time I asked the pharmacist a drug related question he could not give me a definitive answer regarding drug interaction. Most recently, I called to ask if it was safe for me to get the flu shot while still taking a medication that listed as a precaution not to get an vaccines without consulting a doctor. My doctors office is closed so I figured the pharmacist would be able to answer this question. Well, I was wrong. I was told to wait and talk to my doctor because he couldn't give me an answer. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought the pharmacist's job was to know drugs and their interactions and whether or not 2 drugs or vaccines can be taken together. I thought pharmacists knew more about drug/vaccine interaction than physicians. I have never felt more unsure about a pharmacy than I do about this one.

::I am a student so I am sometimes in Monroe and sometimes at school. This pharmacy messes up transferring my prescription to OTHER CVS PHARMACIES every single time. They tell me the pharmacy near where I go to school doesn't exist every time I ask for a transfer and when I call the CVS at school they tell me to call the CVS in Monroe where the refill is. Incredible frustrating.

::I've only been to this location one time. So take what i say with a grain of salt. i arrived at this location on 6/6/17 around lunch time. When i walked in there were a handful of customers standing around with CVS workers at the register. Eventually someone got on the loud speaker and called for the workers to go to the register to help the customers who are standing around. When i finally get to the register i tell the lady i need to take a passport picture. She looks at me and shakes her head and simply says "No". "No?" i respond, and she repeats "No". i then look to the obvious area that says passport pictures and ask "do you not do that here?". She then explains that the photo machine is down. Now i can understand that the photo machine is down. that happens even at the best stores. what i cant understand was why i had to fish the reason out of her since she seemed to think it was perfectly acceptable to just respond by saying "No". It was really poor customer service and rubbed me off the wrong way. That was the one and only time i visit this CVS location.
