  OMG the manager Jenny is super rude. I have been on hold for 1 hr and 45 mins to talk to someone in the pharmacy dept so i decided to call the store to see if someone was working in that dept and she answered the phone and before i can even finish my sentence she transferred me. I called 14 times so i can ask her what her name was and she kept on hanging up on me. I called back and she finally gave me his number. she even threaten me.she is crazy. CVS can not have someone like this working at the store dealing with customer. I will call her district manage and the 1-800 number to report her.

  One of the worst CVS's that I have ever been to. One of the pharmacist's working in the back of the store shamelessly lied straight to my face after I asked if they had Potassium in the store, either because she was too lazy to look it up for me, or did not know her self if they have it. She told me that POTASSIUM, that's right, a vitamin sold in literally every pharmacy, is "prescription only." and proceeded to tell me that "They do not sell it without a prescription because it causes heart problems." I then went to the vitamin aisle, picked up the Potassium vitamins that they DID have in the store and brought it up to the counter to buy it. She just gave me a blank look... I mean how stupid do you think your customers are and who is hiring these people working behind the counter? This was not the 1st time either where the pharmacist just lied to me and several other people as well when I asked whether they had an item in the store. Would not recommend anyone going here unless you want to be lied to and pay for overpriced, low quality items.

  Love cvs .Bought household supplies and snacks today and saved 20 dollars.Savings are great on a limited budget.

  I initially loved this pharmacy and gave high reviews. Tonight, my experience infuriated me enough to give a bad review. I’ve been type 1 diabetic for 20 years. Because it’s the weekend and I’m having issues with my prescribed insulin that will be resolved Monday (during the work week), I asked the pharmacist and pharm tech if they provided over the counter insulin. They both looked at me as if I’m crazy. The pharmacist insisted that all insulin is by prescription only, while I tried to kindly explain that that’s not the case. I understand that not all pharmacies offer insulin OTC, and that is not why I’m upset with this pharmacy. I’m upset because of the rude treatment. It left such an impression that I’m still infuriated as we speak. The pharm tech just stood there obviously perturbed. I was humiliated in front of other customers, as well as by those working in the pharmacy who didn’t even know that, in the state of NC, insulin is available over to counter. I will NEVER go back here.
