  The pharmacy didn't even have the medication I needed to have filled. Their shipment doesn't come for another week or a week and a half. What's the point of being a pharmacy if you don't carry the medication people need. And at least if you're going to run out how about you have a shipment earlier than a week or week and a half. Might as well not call yourself a pharmacy.

  Not that it saved me, but this pharmacy is beyond slow and basically useless. Just go to another pharmacy, these people suck.

  They are always short staffed and always busy. I have yet to be there and there isn't some sort of problem that the could have called on. Very hectic, unrganised, and Suzanne is very rude. Sorry to say. They do not live up to what CVS is wanting to accomplish for their customers. Many other customers are sitting around rolling their eyes in irritation from the lack of efficiency.

  If you value your time go some place else! My doctor's office tried for 2 days to call in a prescription and they would not answer the phone. Actually went over there and called while I was in line and they have turned the ringer off!! Manager has a nonchalant attitude towards it and basically didn't care. Service is slower than the government if that's even possible! Thank goodness for the CVS in Target at least they hire professionals over there!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM HERE AND DON'T COME BACK!!

  I’ve filled prescriptions exclusively with CVS for past 10+ years. Two locations in GA and two in SC. Always top quality service. Moved to this neighborhood three months ago and 3 for 3 on terrible service. Most recent example: called twice in afternoon from work on 2/8 to confirm my refill was ready. Placed on hold for 10+ minutes both times. No answer. Stopped by at 6:45p after work to confirm in person that sleeping meds can be filled before close at 9p. Tech hesitantly said no. Not until next day because there’s a 3+ hour wait. When asked twice, deferred to higher up who looked and indignantly smirked while shaking her head no. Similar experience last time. Called and had it filled within 15 minutes at Peachtree Rd / Lenox location with usual friendly service. Management is clearly asleep at the wheel at this store. Don’t bother.
