::Very poor quality of service. I have updated my information several times and they still have my phone number I had 5 years ago. That they called and left a message for me concerning my medication. THIS is so a violation of HIPPA!!!! That's alarming....

::Dropped off my prescription after being promised it would be ready within an hour (right before closing time). I never got the call that it was ready, so I got to the store at exactly 5:01pm to find out the pharmacy completely closed. Asked one of the employees and she rudely said, "Oh he left the building already. Nothing I can do." Horrible experience at this store/pharmacy.

::I may sound dramatic but I had to wait 1 hour to pick up antibotic and Tylenol and everyone was just there hanging out while i was there.

::Horrible experience. The store manager is absolutely rude and so mean. Could not stand her attitude.I will never buy anything from this store, I always buy a lot of my things from this store but that rude lady ruined it all. Just lost a lot of customers because of her rude and unacceptable behaviour. Went to pick up a photo, there was no one at the counter. Stood in the queue and when my turn came she responded that I will come at the photocenter you go and wait. Waited there for almost 30 mins and she never came by. Finally I left the store without picking up my order.

::Store manager is rude and poorly trained. She is not fully aware of her position and does not know how to perform a simple refund. Her poor skills reflect on the store employees. The store manager is not very good at her position and I personally believe the store employees can not truly reach there true potential, due to her shortcomings. Overall poor experience and I recommend going to another CVS, Walgreens or another store that has better customer relations. It is truly sad when a store manager can not hold her perform her duties and is rude to make up for her cluelessness. The cashiers are not very good, but it starts with finding a new store manager. This store use to be ran a lot better and it sad to see the present state of this store. I will not shop here here until a change in the store management. I do not want to use names out of respect, but she is fully aware that she should not be in the current position.
