Dedicated pharmacists - they have gone above and beyond to get my prescription revised by the doctor so I could get the manufacturer rebate that made the medication (more) affordable.

this is a really great CVS in pretty much a good 3+ miles radius of this area in Downtown Crossing and around the City have seen pretty much almost all of them this is the better of those the store itself is SO big inside it's like a gigantic convenience store but it has much MORE than your typical store would it has TONS of selection and things to choose from look around and you will see more i think it also has a flu clinic but not sure it's never really all that crowded due to it's size and ease of finding what you are looking for in/out less than 15 minutes you will see it and pay rather quickly. most the of the staff is helpful and are happy to assist you just once outside be careful of the bums who hang out next to the Mcdonald's and use this store as a target because of its close proximity ( its like literally less than 5 feet away) but apart from that if you need a CVS and have a choice from all the other 15+ around come here this is my go to in Boston and has been now for the past 2+ years.

Good location, always find what I need, and plenty of check outs.

Found the item I was searching for fairly quickly and paid on the way out. It was so much fun.

This is a review for the pharmacy. My doctor sent a prescription and this pharmacy (I chose this location because it's close to my job) gave me a different brand, which the pharmacist claimed to have been the same. I had very bad side effects and feared for my health, so I stopped taking the pills and got the correct one elsewhere. I returned to the pharmacy and spoke to a pharmacist, who was very cold and claimed that even though there may be different amounts of the same active ingredients and if one may have other ingredients the other doesn't have, both prescriptions were "interchangeable". I told her that if they have other ingredients and different amount of the same ingredients, and I was having side effects that I never experience with the pills I took before from elsewhere, they were not "interchangeable". What an imbecile! I will never trust CVS pharmacy with my prescriptions.
