::I was a regular customer at this CVS store but today(08/20/2016) I went there to load money on my smart trip card and it was unusual that no one was there to help me out, I waited for about 15 minute and I gave a signal to one of the employee and she signaled me back that the manager or whatever will gonna help me and he came with UNHAPPY face, he tried to load money on my card and he couldn't do it . He even didn't say sorry when he let me go. I will never be back at this store anymore because of the customer service. It's not welcoming at all.

::Employees at the front and in the pharmacy are pleasant and professional. One thing to note is that the pharmacy doesn't open until 10 am on Sunday. The website says 8 am.
