::The pharmacist who I talked to appeared to be overwhelmed and dulled out. I also noticed the pharmacy was using portable fans which means the AC was not on. The staff were not rude just stressed and working in an uncomfortable environment.

::Never experienced such terrible customer service. Last time I was in the store, an employee by the name of Eric was of no help and made it very clear he had better things to do than assist me. I also have a neighbor who informed me the manager, Gene permits his employees to then leave nasty FAKE reviews on customers personal business pages as retaliation for an HONEST review. If you have an issue with receiving bad reviews start treating your customers better & stop condoning child like behavior in a work environment. Long story short, go to the other Lemmon location and save yourself the headache.

::Their pharmacy staff was the worst. Will never fill again with them. Unfortunately due to the flu outbreak we had to because our normal pharmacy was out of the meds our son needed to fill, after calling around 2 days this CVS had it. Went in around 3pm was told we would get a call when it was finished and it would be shortly. Call never came in so we started calling around 9pm to find that staff member was gone and nothing was filled. If it wasn’t the long holds and then hanging up on you mulitiple times it was them not being able to process insurance info that should have been done earlier and rude staff. Extremely frustrating when you have a five year old with the flu and a 104 fever.

::I had a good experience here; Nurse Practitioner Linda was polite, cheerful, empathetic, and efficient. The sign-in kiosk doesn't let you sign-in until after the time they open; it would be nice if you could sign in 10-15 minutes before the clinic opens. Also there seems to be some kind of glitch in their system; the person in front of me didn't get checked in properly and didn't show up in the clinic's queue, even though they were clearly on the waiting list at the kiosk. It would be really frustrating to walk in for something urgent and then not be seen in turn. The prescription I was given wasn't forwarded properly to the pharmacy either, but the staff was understanding and helpful.
