  Called my refill in, went to pick it up and she said insurance won’t pay for it until tomorrow. Of course they didn’t have it ready so paying cash wasn’t even an option. The girl looked at me like I was stupid. CVS lets me down every single time I’m there.

  I have been doing business with cvs todds rd for app. 5yrs. I have to wait for them to order my meds. Instead Of keeping them in stock.. told me they had call into dr. For approval I called back few days later and they informed Me that was not their job it was mine.that is not all their Problems. Looking for a new pharmacy close to me.

  We use this pharmacy very often! They always have the friendliest and most patient staff even though they are always busy!

  Horrible service. Sat and waited for almost two hours for my prescription to be filled when they had first told me it would take 15 minutes. The pharmacist didn't know where any of the over the counter medications were. The pharmacy techs didn't know anything either. It seems like they were understaffed. One of the techs kept talking about how she hated her job and wanted to go home in front of the customers. Highly dissatisfied. Will not be returning.
