::customer(s) can get criminally treated by this store's management (please see below). There was an incidence last year in October, 17 where we saw a customer was wrongfully harassed due to the customer's disagreement with the woman supervisor by the name Reem Saloom. A good or nice name? Think again. The customer was doing her printing at the photo(s) booth Kodak, this female supervisor was seen putting her finger on the screen in a rude and/or near reckless manner and the customer told her not to do it because [the customer] needed time to think. But this woman supervisor then put her finger again on the next photo screen on purpose in front of the customer's with no regards for the stated wish of the customer at all, subsequently, the customer got upset and confronted this manager in charge who then was believed to secretly consulted with another manager but we were not sure and the police was called on the customer's back. The Police arrived observing and kindly noted this as a customer service-related issue. Soft target people should not go into this store. For being arrested falsely is worse than being unemployed or being involved in a car accident. We saw police cars often being called to this place. This past months of February, or March, 18, we observed at least another 2 police cars being parked outside while we were nearby at the Microcenter store at this Pan Am Shopping Center. We pray to the humanity or beneficence of the police in this northern Virginia area for the brotherhood and love of those accused. The police's role is to be against criminals not against abiding customers but apparently they were also abused of their time, gas, and health. The woman Reema Soloom sees herself as a queen there as some people might have told us, not to go against her will even though she was violating the rights of a paying customer. Be well to all the soft targets or hard targets who enter this location.

::I think both their pharmacy and customer service staff is excellent. The pharmacy is occasionally busy, but rarely. When it is, they quickly get more staff to work at the pharmacy counter so that you don’t have to wait too long. I’ve been going to the CVS on Nutley Street for about seven years and I couldn’t be happier with the staff and the level of customer service. I don’t tend to write reviews because it’s just not something that I bother to do — but unfortunately, I think sometimes the only people that write reviews are the ones who are motivated by a bad experience. When I saw that the CVS doesn’t have high reviews when I checked them out online, I felt obligated to leave one myself. Virtually every customer service agent, whether in the pharmacy or in the general store, goes out of their way to be friendly and to service your needs the best that they can. Even though I moved and there are two CVSs that are closer to me, I still go to the Nutley Street CVS because I appreciate the level of customer service. Plus, as an added bonus, if you shop at Safeway, you can get discounts of up to $1 depending on how much you spend on groceries. My wife and I both save a ton of money this way.

::Awful dangerous menacing pharmacist at the Nutley Street CVS. I picked up a prescription for my girlfriend there. A strong anti seizure medicine. The physician recognized this and wrote very specific directions stating to take 25 milligrams for the first week and then gradually increase to taking 50 milligrams the second week. When I got home and opened the prescription I saw that the cvs pharmacist only gave the second strongef dose pills. I called. She apologized and explained the senior pharmacist there did not want to open a package of the lower dose pilks to fill my girlfriend’s prescription properly. I told her this is unacceptable. Pharmacists are required by law to dispense prescription medication exactly as the physician ordered it. They are not empowered to make unilateral decisions about dosing. I am copying the epilepsy association later today and will advocate strong sanctions against this willful ignorant practice and this specific pharmacist. CVS buying Aetna? Spells trouble for all Americans trusting their cvs pharmacist. I’ll stick with the pharmacists at Walgreens Safeway and ANY other pharmacy who follow the laws and regulations of the state of Virginia rather than act as sole decision maker over a client and clients physician. Disgrace!!!!!!!!

::This location is easily the most incompetent I've ever come across, and there are plenty of terrible CVS stores. I have had several prescriptions messed up over the years, but I've had two controlled substances incorrectly administered to me in the last two months. The second time the pharmacist admitted she knew it was wrong, and that my original medication wasn't in stock. She didn't disclose any of that to me when I dropped it off, despite me waiting for the prescription. She didn't seem phased whatsoever that she gave me something different. At least with the first error, that pharmacist was genuinely concerned. But this woman was rude and clearly did not take her job seriously. If it wasn't for my insurance company, I would not go to any CVS location. I will no longer visit this location even if it was an emergency.
