  I have been shopping at cvs for the past 4 months couponing, the employees are patient and helpful so I thought I'd start filling my prescriptions here alswell... big, huge mistake, the pharmacy staff at cvs is HORRIBLE, and rude and have their heads up their Ass, they can never find my baby's prescription, they argue with u when u ask if u can pls double chk. because you have a sick baby that u want to give her meds to so she may feel better. they are inconsiderate no sympathy at all, no apolagy, NOTHING. i had to go to the drive thru 3 times and make 2 phone calls before they can tell me "oh yes, we see the dr. did call it in"...I have been waiting here todAy since 4pm to get antibiotics and eye drops for my 2 year old. please do not fill ur Rx at cvs on Mc Arthur n Nacogdoches it is a nightmare.

  I usually go in late at night or early in the morning, and they are short staffed....which is to be expected in any retail establishment...but the employees that are there always greet me and offer assistance.

  I was very disappointed in what I witnessed today. I went with my brother for a few items today hes very frugal and likes to use coupons to save when he can, so today had several coupons the transaction was going fine the cashier was very polite and patient....Suddenly a woman turns the corner and very angrily slams a basket into the basket coral then she proceeds to go to her register...shes huffing and puffing and all the other customers in line are watching her... She gets to her register and she arrows in on my brothers transaction, I feel like she was just finding something to take her anger out on.. ...with a grimace she snatched one of the coupons and told my brother "you can't use these" in the most hateful way a person can speak to another person...He tried to explain the coupons were manufacture coupons but she wasn't hearing it...I used the same coupons the day before at another location...We found out at that point she was the store manager Barbie...Bottom line is whatever the policy is there is a right and wrong way to treat a customer because coupon or not we came here often.The treatment my brother was given was unnecessarily aggressive..And I wont be returning to this location!!!!

  Just went in and the manager Barbie has a attitude that is very abrasive. First thing that I notice is that she is slamming carts and runs up to the counter with a hateful face. As a professional I understand the importance of maintaining proper customer service etiquette I also understand that people have bad days. I hope that CVS can help Barbie to change the way she addresses customers I will return to this store and I hope that she will be able to do her job in a professional manner. I love CVS but believe that Barbie will be a liability not an asset to CVS management

  Clean store. Good variety. Decent customer service.
