::Worst customer service in the Pharmacy department. I came in and stood in line to pick up my medication for a good 10 minutes. No one approached me until someone said, " Can you help her out?" This was at 12 noon, with 2 customers in the store. Another loss of business.

::[ ]I call on Wednesday to see if it's okay for me to get my prescription filled the pharmacist asked me what my date of birth was and if I had the hard copy he told me if I brought my prescription down there that he would have it filled within an hour so I take my prescription and I handed to the pharmacist the pharmacist told me and my husband I will see you at 5 p.m. so when me and my husband returned to the Pharmacy the pharmacist said it was too early to fill my prescription he said I can come back on the 27th and he will fill it for me so my husband Returns on he 27th today to pick up my prescription it is still not available to pick up the pharmacist was very rude to him told him that she was the only one there and that they were backed up so I try to call them to find out when would be a good time to pick up my prescription automatically get put on hold very rudely don't even asked if I could hold just answer the phone and right away put on hold I waited 45 minutes on hold I hung up called back was placed back on hold call the corporate office waiting for corporate office to correct the situation in the meantime I called back to the store to find out when my prescription would be ready I asked to speak to the manager I was put on hold again the manager finally came to the phone I was trying to explain the situation so she could correct the situation she didn't want to listen to my situation or deal with my situation she really said I have a consult and placed me back on hold never return to the phone so I hung up I call back to speak to the manager to get the names of all of them and I'm placed on hold again I can't get through and when I try to explain my situation they're very rude to me I'm a customer I might not be standing in front of you but I deserve the same respect if I was there in person now she says she will not fill my prescription because I was very rude and I was cussing at her I never cussed at her and I was never rude to her on the phone I asked her while the phone call is recorded So we will see who was rude whatever happened to good exceptional customer service I understand people have bad days and they get backed up but you be rude to a customer it's not my fault that you are short-staffed I also work in the medical field and I would never treat anyone as rude as they treated me I have left another message with the corporate office to call me on Monday

::Just because you are behind doesn't give you the right to be rude to your customer remember without customers you wouldn't have a job how can you bully your customer around. let your customer know how long it's gonna be you might want to call your customers and inform them it taking much longer then you all anticipate.
