  I will never go to CVS on 2910 Westheimer again! They would not fill a prescription because there was a minor obvious mistake on "today's date" (the Earliest Filling Date was correct). Pharmacist even called the Doctor's office, and though it was confirmed to be error, she refused to fill my prescription. (so I went to a different pharmacy)

  Pharmacy never has your prescriptions ready for you. Nothing ever goes smoothly here.

  They have great deals on cereal and milk etc. With the extra care card. You can spend thousands a month there and you are all peachy keen until heaven forbid you have to return something they treat you like a parriah.

  The senior pharmacist did a good job getting my prescription transferred from an out of state pharmacy and filling it in a timely manner. I do appreciate that, but when I took the prescription, she proceeded to counsel me about what the medication is for, when and how it should be taken, etc., etc. The other customers around could hear it. She didn't even ask me if I needed counseling. I didn't even get a chance to say I didn't need counseling. Pharmacists, please remember your HIPAA training, and if customers need counseling, please take them aside and counsel them privately. Thank you.
