  I only shop here because my insurance company requires it. I am a very dissatisfied customer. We routinly have problems filling prescriptions and the pharmacy staff lack empathy. I am desperately trying to move to mail-order so I never have to return to this CVS.

  Lack of urgency in handling prescription filling. Rude and attitude. Not proactive in communicating issues.

  Just moved from Ftw to Bedford TX and what a huge and terrible difference in pharmacies. Bedford is always understaffed and usually needs to order the prescriptions that were always available at their Ftw Basswood location. There's never been a time (multiple times now) that there are 2-3 cars in the drive-thru and when I pull up there's one attendant serving both the counter and the drive--thru at the same time. Horrible... I'm going to try another location

  My daughter needs a prescription and they say their computer system isn’t working. They couldn’t give a good alternative. This pharmacy is routinely slow. Their app and coupons often don’t work. The location has gone from bad to worse. I’m considering switching now that I’m not forced to use cvs.

  Staff very unprofessional & rude. Always an issue or problem at the drive thru. One time, I sat in my car almost 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was waiting!
