::Manny the manager and Roha the cashier are great, they helped me with a coupon situation that I got from a friend to do a purchase for her. Since one of the coupons would not go through, my friend told me I could use both at the same time, and it didn't say on the coupon the reason for not going through, both helped me getting the coupons through and I would not end up with a bad thought of my friend about me. Great experience at this store.

::WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I needed to print out one picture from my iPhone. I always used the photo machine until cvs closed. First time I went the "manager" said photo machines close at 6pm. It was 5:45 pm when I was there . Second I came in , I made sure I came in at 5:00 pm. Again the machines were not on. I asked a rep if the machines work. The Rep just looked at me and with an attitude answered "NO THEY DONT" . Didn't even apologize or try to turn the machine on. Didn't even suggest I try a different cvs. I was a long time customer and they won't get any more of my money. Walgreens has my attention now.

::I used this pharmacy for the past year. In that 12 months they gave me the wrong prescription multiple times and refilled prescriptions that should not have been refilled (including ones that I had stopped due to severe allergic reactions). I've never encountered so many pharmacy mistakes as I have in one year of using this pharmacy and I'm not a very complicated customer (1-3 regular medications plus a couple one-time here and there). I worry for their customers that take a lot and might not pay close attention to their prescriptions. BE CAREFUL
