::The worst CVS I've ever been to , everyone is rude . The pharmacy staff needs to get fired , their not friendly nor do they pay attention to the drive through. I really hate that this is the closest CVS to me ...Will have to start filling my prescriptions at Walgreens ...They are much nicer .

::I arrived to CVS Hillside with about 20 minutes to spare before their pharmacy dept. closed. There were about 2 people in line ahead of me, one being the individual that was being serviced. Fast forward ten more minutes and I am still waiting in line to be serviced, at 8:50pm the drop off window was shut down. I do not know if this standard practice however I feel if your hours are listed until a certain time you should remain working until that time. I’ve worked in retail before so I already know this means you are not going to get the world’s greatest service and should not have been surprised at what happened next. I get up to the window, give all my info, and am told my prescription is just about done and they would be back. I stand another ten minutes while they look for my prescription only to be advised it was on hold and they were not sure why. I was advised to call back in the morning for more information, I just called and was told the hold was due to needing updated insurance info and they could have taken that last night. I do understand working a long day and wanting to go home but that does not excuse the poor customer service CVS provided. Hopefully the next go round will be better.
