  Absolute worst customer service ever!! I work in a dental office and was calling in a prescription for a patient they had me on hold forever twice hung up the first time very annoyed with this CVS

  The pharmacy is good if you use auto refill services and they have your number on file to text status messages. The rest of the store and staff are a mess.

  Currently having a one person dance party to a Mariah Carey mashup because I've been the fourth person in line for the pharmacy for the last 15 minutes.

  I've literally watched my ice cream melt before being able to check out. It was a pint of Ben and Jerry's that was soup. Managers do not believe in customer service. If I didn't live above it I would be more inclined to never go again but alas the pain of convenience.

  This is the most problematic pharmacy I have ever used. Long lines are the best thing they have to offer. They have routinely incorrectly billed and filled my prescriptions. It is worth the walk to he Columbia cvs. Actually, you'll be fine using any other pharmacy in the DMV.
