The employees are always friendly but the reconstruction is a fiasco. Products are missing or expired, aisle's are blocked off. However the biggest problem is that the pharmacy has been moved to the second level. Senior citizens need to go to the very back of the store to get an elevator and then navigate the second level to the pharmacy. It doesn't impact me directly but it's infuriating to see those most in need put through maximum inconvenience. I imagine corporate thinks this will lead to more impulse sales, but it's blatantly offensive. Walgreens just down the street is much more welcoming and customer focused.

This review is primarily for the pharmacy which can be very difficult to deal with and communicate with. However, the store’s ongoing construction has made it difficult to find items and I have had a few items end up expired that I realized only after purchasing them. One I believe had been recalled before I purchased it but was still on the shelf. While the new second story is nice, there is only an elevator that can be used to get up there and it runs slow and is usually crowded.

It states 24 hrs . I went at night around 2am after return from emergency to pick my medication I was told that only grocery 24 hrs service but pharmacy not open. Not clear why they state 24 hrs while in case of emergency prescription only grocery is available

Calxita the manager was extremely rude. My extra bucks didn't print out on my receipt and she immediately assumed it was bc i used multiple cvs cards which I didn't think was possible. She gave attitude and when I asked her to stop assuming I used multiple cards she laughed quietly. Very sad to see this kind of customer service in this area.

Yep. It's okay. If you were running through, in your head, possible items you could buy at a CVS, you'll have decent odds of finding that item at this CVS. It's very unlikely you are going to be wowed or surprised by any of the inventory. But you probably won't be out right disappointed either. I mean, for a CVS, it's fine.
