::This store is dirty, smells bad and the carpets need to be cleaned. Gladys and Sabrina have no idea how to manage a store. Gladys is clearly a miserable and unhappy woman who hates her job. She also has bias against non-Mexicans and lets her own friends and family break rules that she would never allow anyone else to break. She complains when people bring in more than 25 bottles for returns but there is no sign up that says there is a limit. Therefore, she can't make that rule up on her own. The next time one of those thieves comes in the store threatening to harm her because of her sucky attitude I won't help her because she brings the drama on herself. She's always chasing someone out of the store for stealing Tide when she needs to call the police or hire a good security guard. Gladys is the worst manager alive!

::Worst CVS in New York City. Gladys the manager wants to follow rules when it's convenient but the rules never apply to her Mexican friends and family who come to CVS to clear the shelves, use multiple CVS cards and misuse coupons. The other staff is also the worst. They write fake rain checks for their friends but Gladys could care less about that. Gladys is always being threatened by the men who steal, Sabrina has been spat on and they both walk around the store looking for the men who are stealing. The security guard they have there couldn't guard a cat let alone human beings. He can barely walk without a limp. The store is filthy, stinks and you can never find anything. When things go on clearance Gladys and friends hide them in the back. This store is awful. Needs new management.

::This review is for the pharmacy only. I would give zero stars if it were possible. The pharmacy staff is horrible! It starts with the front line staff and includes the pharmacist. It seems like they just don’t care. Their customer services are terrible. I was picking up meds and was missing one. I asked about it and the male was short with me and told me to ask someone else in the Drop-Off line. But, I know the male who told me that could easily check (they’ve done it before). Then the pharmacist had to assist me in the Drop-Off line which she didn’t seem too pleased about. Then she was short with me as well. Her answer was unacceptable but before I had the opportunity to say anything she walked away. RUDE! I guess they can be as rude as they want bc most of their customers have no other choice but to utilize their services due to convenience. Shame on the pharmacist who lets this go on in their pharmacy. Set an example!

::Pharmacists have always been very helpful and friendly despite the never ending stream of clients. The rest of the store has a good assortment of products, and the front store staff is also friendly and helpful.
