  They are usually very nice. Today I went in and asked if they sold over the counter flu test kits. The young lady asked the pharmacist. She said they didn't have one and she never heard of such. Mind you i am looking at one online so they do exist, and for some reason they found it funny and started this barrage of laughter. It was the most disgustingly unprofessional display of ignorance i have ever experienced.

  Rude, incompetent, unprofessional staff. Especially BRITTANY, she totally ignored me as a customer was rude about it when i pointed it out.She even claimed to be the owner of CVS which gives her all right to continue to argue with me and be disrespectful even infront of her store manager. The Elderly Jamaican cashier is even more rude, used profanity infront of my 6 year old daughter. If i was a mystery shopper, CVS would've failed miserably. 211 Sandford blvd YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER and all her friends and family. Disrespect at it highest!!!!!

  Always good customer service. Would appreciate it if they would add self checkout kiosk.
