Inept pharmacy with rude staff (mostly). The only reason they are used is they’re the only place in town.

Pharmacy staff are nice. They need extra help. High demand, low staffing. Which brings slow service. Unable to answer the phone.

They very often get orders confused, and with the recent closing of High St. Pharmacy they are even more short-staffed. I haven't been able to get through to the pharmacy by phone and neither have my doctors - I give up being on hold after 30 minutes. Because the communication is so bad, orders that have any stock or insurance issues can take over a week to get in, and that's only if they know how to handle the situation. If anything requires your approval or needs extra steps, you could be waiting months to get what you need. This doesn't even take into account how often the CVS computer system malfunctions and hangs leaving customers and employees staring at each other awkwardly for long stretches. While this CVS is particularly bad with communication and punctuality (likely from under-staffing), the whole CVS system is breaking down. I wish I had an alternative local pharmacy to use.

3 out of 5 times, they charge my prescription at full price. After I caught it, have to wait 10+ min for them to fix it. today I had to call them for refill, while on hold for 15min, 5min, 12min, 2min, all calls dropped. Finally got someone after 18min. As many ppl said, there is always long line. Their system and num of employees cannot handle the workload. So far everyone I visit in person are very nice. Just too much work for them.

I wanted to move a prescription from another pharmacy to this one, and I stopped there with the bottle Weds AM, and they said they could do it, and they took the bottle. Thursday evening they hadn't pulled it yet, and claimed they had been unable to reach the other pharmacy. The person their said he was on the shift in the morning, and would do it first thing Friday. I called at 1PM, and they hadn't done anything, and said they would do it and call me back. Nothing. Stopped by at 5 (needed the meds today), and they hadn't done anything, and took a while to locate the bottle. You only get three strikes. I called the other pharmacy, and renewed it there, even though I moved.
