::The pharmacy staff is unprofessional. They discuss customer prescriptions amongst them loudly and without regard to customer privacy or feelings. Most of them need training in customer service, privacy regulations, and communications. Never have I experienced such rudeness and disrespect from an organization that is entrusted with personal, private information!

::I called in for a prescription and the lady on the phone was very rude. I suggest that your employees should go through a "Communications Seminar" so they can learn to speak properly. If they didn't understand what I said because my last name isn't very common, they shouldn't say "what!" and proceed in saying "WHAT!" louder. That is a very improper way to speak and it is very unprofessional. I used to go to rite aid but my insurance doesn't cover the medication. I am disappointed in CVS for your poor communication skills.

::The only thing I like about the CVS is that it has a drive-through. It’s great not to get out of the car just to walk in to pick up your prescription.

::Really bad service! First I was told to wait 15 minutes. I received my medicine 40 min later. They were not kind either!! Really bad.
