  Pharmacist who to be in bad moods all the time of stuck up for some reason why be like that to people your helping feel better I wouldn't be like that to people

  I was wanting to have my prescriptions moved over and become a new customer along with my 2 children. Called for information about a medication a pharmacist put on my file at another location. It was an otc and mind you I'm not feeling well at all. The staff I spoke with was very rude and took a tone with me after me showing signs I did not understand. I did not appreciate that just because they are behind on transfers to be taken out on me for my lack of understanding. Very very uncalled for to speak to someone who can hear in there voice they are ill. Put a bad taste in my mouth would never never want to do business with this location. I don't care what your title is that does not give anyone the right to make a person feel so small. I'm not above no one and they are not above me. Try having patients and compassion for people!!!!!!

  Pharmcy is horribly rude. They treat people with prescriptions to pain meds like addicts ive never been to aCVS that is so transparent with their discrimination of people with pain meds. Im sure they wouldnt understand that i have multiple body parts that are metal and not bone and hundreds of screws holdingme together, and numerous scars but i look fine on the outside! The staff in pharmacy including the pharmacist should take a class in how not to treat paying customes like addicts and some sensitivity training. I will never go back to that pharmacy again to be embarrassed by staff.

  I have to say I agree with most of the reviews about the pharmacy staff being horrible. But Rick is amazing! And the reason I keep returning! He goes above and beyond to help you and treats all his costumers with the utmost respect! The rest of the staff should take lessons from him! If rick ever leaves or retires cvs will lose my business and my families that's how much we dislike the other pharmacist! Treat rick let gold cvs Cuz if he leaves u will lose alot of costumers !
