  Do Not Go to CVS Pharmacy in Briarcliff Manor, NY! Stay far away 1856 Pleasantville Road. Their system is down more than it is up. Instead of fixing it they make it YOUR problem not theirs. They had my medication sitting there. I could see it. I am leaving town on business later that day and now I do not have my medicine because they cannot maintain their infrastructure to an acceptable point of uptime. I already called my doctor and moved all my prescriptions (and those of my family away from CVS). I am doing the same with my family's and will urge anyone reading this review as well as all my friends to do the same. Do not use CVS if you really do need your prescription filled. Do use them if you enjoy being frustrated as you are denied your medicine.

  The pharmacist working tonight April 10, 2018 at 6:45p was rude . He pushed aside the Med tech who was helping my husband. He was rude to my husband, did not give him all the meds that he came in for. His name is Alex the pharmacist

  This pharmacy is the worst. It was bad before but now it’s ridiculous. Don’t go here if you actually need your prescriptions.
