  I was just profiled in this store today. I walked in and seconds later I heard a voice on the intercom say, "Security, do a security check." And sure enough this young man appeared out of nowhere, and as I perused the back of the aisles, I saq him watching and following me at the front of aisles. Once I made my way up to the front of store, I saw him pretending to rearrange some items. After we made eye contact, he asked me if I needed help finding something. Very weird. Very racist. I'm definitely giving corporate a call about this particular CVS store.

  The pharmacist read the directions on my prescription and filled it wrong. When I called back that evening to tell them it was wrong, they told me to return to the pharmacy the next day (after 10 or 11 am, during work hours) and exchange what they gave me for the correct dosage. When I brought the medication back they told me they could not override the incorrect instructions the pharmacist entered into the system. So, now they want me to ask my doctor for a new prescription (even though they still have the original one from two days ago). This is moronic because 1) it's not my doctor's problem their pharmacists can't read, 2) my insurance isn't going to pay to have the same medicine filled twice in one month, and 3) they already have the correct prescription, they just need to figure out how to make edits in their system and stop being lazy. This isn't even the first time the pharmacy has messed something up. I regularly waste hours of my life due to their incomptency. Hope they hire some pharmacists that can read prescriptions and count past 30. Either way I'm not going back to CVS.

  I went here to pick up some over the counter meds my doctor told me I should get; I live out of town and forgot them so needed to make a quick stop I asked the pharmacist if he could help me locate them, and he showed me where they were but they weren't the right dose. I mentioned this and he said that it was, it was just in a different unit of measurement, so I bought it. When I got back, my dose was completely different and he clearly lied because they didn't have the correct one, or he didn't know any better (except he was the pharmacist sooooo). Kind of a big waste. Wouldn't go back here again.
