  Unfortunately because of their lack of standard amongst their employees I had to deal with a simple minor mistake that could've been avoided if the person checking me out wasn't completely high with bloodshot eyes. When I called about the mistake not even 10 minutes after I left the store I was greeted with the most rude customer service from the top of their line. Because I have worked in customer service for over 10 years including CVS I know the options the employees had to handle the situation and was blatantly lied to you talked over and yelled at and then eventually hung up on. I guess I should of known this was a joke of a place when I saw junkies sitting outside and the employees are high.

  Avoid this CVS. All the workers are lazy and don't even try to help. I asked where something was, she said check this aisle, didn't even look at me, and continued her convo. Obviously the item wasn't in the aisle she mentioned. They are all there to socialize not work. Than to top it off the cashiers are rude and just stand there, no welcoming personality, blank stare waiting for you to leave. I don't get it, if people don't like what they do, than leave the job. Go anywhere else.

  Laura and her staff are AMAZING! Laura is ALWAYS available to answer all my questions and is on top of everything!! Anthony and Kimberly are as helpful as Laura is!! As long as they are there, I will continue going!!!!
