::Able to go in and out quickly...

::I had a prescription called in by my doctor, but wanted to call to confirm it had been called in, so called this CVS, and they told me it hadn't. So I asked if they were sure and they said they had to check messages. So I waited on phone for 20 minutes while they checked. When they finally got back to me, they said it had been called in, and would be in soon. When I got there, there were 9 people waiting in line. Then when I got the prescription, I gave them my insurance but they said they didn't accept Kaiser, so I had to pay full out-of-pocket price for me. Yet on-line, they said they do accept Kaiser, so they are doing false advertising.

::I called tonight on my way home to see how late I could get a flu shot. They told me until 9:00 when the pharmacy closed. I arrived at 8:41pm. I waited behind one person in the drop off/flu shot line for 9 minutes. Then the pharmacist asked how she could help. She said " I can't give you a flu shot. It is only 10 minutes until we close." I told her I had called before I came and was told I had until 9:00pm. She said no again taking no responsibility for the information her team had just provided me earlier the same evening. This is no way to serve the community. Put up a sign if you aren't going to help any other customers and don't say your pharmacy is open until 9:00m

::Very good for quick trips. Sometimes they take a little while to restock certain things.

::This is my to-go CVS as a college student at Emory as it is open 24/7. It is close to main campus and it it easier to get there. However, the prices are a little high for students with less financial means. The staff is relatively friendly, especially at night. The pharmacy staff is very neutral but they are very helpful with questions. Whenever I get my prescriptions refilled, it is ready by the time I'm there and the lines go by pretty quickly. It has given me a great experience as a foreign student but wish it was cheaper. The one time I had an issue was finding regular Tylenol. The staff know the general location of items but not whether they're out of it or not. I found it by scouraging the shelves but it took me like 2 hours. They still had it though and I needed the regular kind!
