  I pick up my meds here, ONLY because it's very close to my home. This one star rating is based on a phone call I made to check what meds I had ready: I was put on hold, and after waiting 5 minutes I decided that instead of hanging up, I was going to see how long it would take to get someone. FIFTEEN MINUTES after making my decision, and still no one! So I borrowed my wife's phone and called them while mine was still on hold. Same lady answered my call, but this time I wasn't put on hold, it pissed me off a little. So I told her, "why would you help other callers while one is still on hold for going on 22 minutes now?" She then says "ok, what is it you need?" NO APOLOGY! So I gave her one more chance, hey, made she didn't hear me😕. After repeating what I said, she says, "ok, but what can I help you with?!" Now I'm a little more pissed. I say "what time do you close". "In one hour sir." "Ok, Thank you". I show up 10 min. before they close 😏. Now, aside from showing up late, I'm not a jerk. I'm not mentioning her name here and I didnt go in there to yell or get anyone in trouble. I just wanted to ask her why she didn't apologize. I find my phone lady, I've been picking up my meds here for 5 years, I know who she is. She was in the middle of closing. So I asked her for my meds then asked her why she didn't apologize for having me on hold for close to 25 minutes? She then says "No! That wasn't me, I haven't taken any calls today." No name tag, she had taken off her coat to close. So I say" Aren't you ¶√₽^£? I almost lost it after her response, she says "No. im Lier McNoApologies(not what said but I'm not going to put that name either). At this point, I just gave her the longest stink eye stare as I pulled out my wallet and took out my card to pay. This was a week ago and today I go back. She will be there including her name tag😉.

  I don't knows who's to blame but I checked that the close time online says it's 10pm and I'm here in the store now and it's closed and it's 9:10pm

  Very slow pharmacy. On hild for 10 min. Line inside short but still very slow. Other pharmacies around here are way faster and more attentive. Not my first time with them pharmacy.
