::What started out as HORRIBLE customer service, as the store manager non-chalantly tells me they lost a roll of film I submitted and there's nothing they can/will do, ended up with that same store manager apologizing and making restitution for the lost roll. Definitely needs customer service improvement but thankful they accepted responsibility.
