  The welcome team is good but didn't ask any questions to get me the thing really quick. The pharmacy help was 5 🌟 for getting me a otc. I was out of there faster than expected.

  Made an appointment and went for a “quick” vision exam. No one knows anything ... new computer system no one can work, new paperwork no one can explain. 2 “assistants” spent 1.5 hours running around bumping into each other. They have zero idea how to run an efficient operation. How do you implement a new computer system and not know how it works!? They spent an hour on the phone with customer service asking for step by step help. A total waste of my time and a nightmare. Go elsewhere!

  CVS in NYC is pretty bad and not stocked with things such as red bulls. You can barely find anything healthy inside but all the big chemical brands. Want Suju healthy drinks or anything healthy like Kevita? Doubt you'll find it.

  I was traveling in NY and needed a few days refil on a prescription. The pharmacy staff working on Saturday morning January 27 were incredibly helpful. I was in and out of the store with what I needed in less than 15 minutes. Thanks for the excellent customer service.
