  If you feel the need to have a miserable day, suggest come thru this pharmacy their are experts in making life hell when you visit. I used them for almost 2 years to order my son asthma medications and they always a problem. The line to pick up is slow as hell but they're 10 people behind the counter doing nothing....they blow your phone that your medication is ready to be pick up, But when you show up, somehow is not ready you have place you order again and wait... I request my doctor not to send the medication ever again there.... place sucks

  Recommendation: go to Duane reade right across the street. Better customer service and pharmacists are more efficient, helpful, and you won’t wait on line for hours

  They do greet you when you come in but I gave it 2 stars because there is only one cashier that attends the store but if you see 2 it's on a rare occasion. It feels like some of the employees just clock in and leave and come back and clock out.

  Thanks to the lively and organized staff. Keep up the good work. UPDATE: The self checkout is no longer an option anymore as of 2018. THE PHARMACY: This area can be very tricky. With one cashier, the lines are often very long. Some times the Rite Aid on 207st has to send people over because they've run out of medications. They need to hire more staff, especially after 5pm. The pro is that it's open late.

  I have never been to a CVS pharmacy that helped me as much as the staff at this branch. Roxanne is amazing. She juggled 3 things at once in order to find a 24hr location with my Rx in stock, trying to get me an approval from my insurance, while helping another customer.
