  Pharmacy staff is LAZY AF! Instead of calling doctors to get authorization on certain refills, they moronically notify the customer their medication refills are ready and wait until the customer comes in to tell them that it can't be refilled. Not only is it an inconvenience to the customer but it's absurd and leads to a problem EVERY MONTH we need to get this particular medication filled. On top of the inconsiderate incompetence, some of the pharmacists are plain old nasty rude.

  Asian manager in the pharmacy was incredibly rude.... dismissed me and had a very nasty tone. Horrible experience!

  Worst customer service, rude pharmacy staff and the wait time to get someone on the phone is ridiculous. They don't care who is on the phone they are rude for no reason.

  Pharmacy completely unorganized. Trying to transfer but other store cannot reach them
