::The Rosebank CVS, located at 1125 Bay Street, is one of the best run stores on Staten Island. The managers - Rose, Letesha and Olivia do an excellent job of keeping the store well stocked, providing excellent customer service and keeping checkout lines moving. Jameel, the photo tech, has been in the store a very long time and knows his business. As a photographer himself, someone who shoots both film and digital, Jameel takes pride in his work and is quite knowledgeable. The store has a respectable sampling of items from every category of goods you'd expect from a drugstore chain: cold drinks, including soda, beer and healthier options; non-perishable staples, i.e. canned soups, cereals and a very large assortment of Kind bars and other snacks you'd expect to find in a health food store. The toiletries aisles are well stocked and to my surprise include double edge razor blades and safety razors - I've used a safety razor since I was a teenager, 800 years ago, and am glad a local drugstore stocks blades. I just don't see myself using a plastic razor with twelve blades. With this CVS nearby, I don't have to. The pharmacy is quick and efficient and the staff courteous and knowledgeable. If you need vitamins or wrist braces, diapers or denture adhesive, they have it. The chocolate aisle, essential for this reviewer, is well stocked with Lindt brand high octane (high cocoa content) bars in a variety of flavours. The seasonal aisle is always well stocked and, as a photographer, is useful to me as a source of still life props, especially around Halloween. Bottom line: due to the dedication of the staff this CVS gets five stars.

::Another poorly managed CVS. The pharmacy is good, but their retail floor is not run properly. This location has a self checkout lane. Review #2: Store still poorly run. This time I used the bathroom... Oh Man, it stunk so bad! And it was filthy.

::Have everything I always need and things I want, staff is pretty good, automated check-out machines are an annoying pain and you must double up your bags or your stuff will be all over the parking lot or your driveway. Other than those 2 things, I always have a good experience here. CVS "membership" card a must for discounts and money back coupons and coupons of the products you use the most. Great place for 3 or 45 items !

::I only come here to pick up scripts and its almost always a problem. The automated system will call you relentlessly all day then you come and they will tell you its not ready its an hour wait that makes no sense an hour to put lables on a box they stuff i get is pre boxed no mixing . I come to pick up epi pens for my kid epi pens come 2 in a box and a practice one they have to stay together you always have to carry 2 of them .one time i picked it up paid got home and they had opened the box and gave me 1 pen when I returned they would not correct it because I accepted it .Thats like picking up a birth contral pills and getting 1 pill in a bag .The one on Hyland is no better they have given me pens that expire in 4 months and tell me there is nothing they could do epi pens have an expiration date over a yr and they are expensive even with ins. I dont pay or leave the store anymore without checking everything 1st
