  I arrived to your store at 8:54pm and the doors were locked. The cashier was counting her til and deliberately ignoring the fact that I was knocking on the door. Your store hours show you are open until 9pm on Sundays. I would suggest hiring employees that will actually work their full shift and keep your store open during the hours you advertise to the public as being open. I took a bus all the way from the north side to get here before 9pm and wasted money on bus faire that I'm going to have to pay again to make another trip to CVS. Definitely not this one!! Matter of fact, I'm going to Walgreens instead. They have 24hr locations and much nicer customer service representative that are happy to help you even if it is one of the stores that isn't 24hrs and you arrive 6 minutes before they close!!!

  As I was paying on the counter another customer approached and ask politely can I use bathroom, employee name (Mathew) quickly said, no we don’t have bathrooms. Which was a complete lie because they have bathrooms at back door. Anyways! Mathew be honest to everyone dear. And to CVS management, you guys are making tones of money it wouldn’t hurt your pocket to spare few bucks and treat your customers better by providing basic necessity such as a bathroom.

  I’m very disappointed in the cvs on Hennepin ave I ask for my receipt and get them to my email but once I look for my receipt it’s not there the cashier already tried charging me like 20.00 over on my items then I look at her like omg then she changed the price to 21.00 I don’t trust her now because she already tryed to cheat me so you all can understand why I’m pissed off about having my receipt.

  The pharmacy is awful!!! The manager there is very rude, I hope she get let go bc her people skills is a disgrace to the company.

  Pharmacy team working on 1/3/16 went above and beyond helping me get my prescription done in a timely manner. I haven't received the new insurance card for the year and they were able to locate the information needed. That's what customer service is all about! Awesome guys! Keep it up!
