  Worst CVS ever! They don't let you use their restrooms even when you're buying stuff over a $100. Worst customer service at a CVS.

  Great customer service! Most staff always ready to help, Martha is always greeting with such positive attitude, eager to help every customer that walks in, she makes shopping at this location so much smoothly due of the high traffic of customers they get because of the location. And the managers are great help as well! This store is my favorite of all the CVS locations in downtown LA.

  Everything wrong with corporate chains. Went in to print photos. None of the machines work with my usb. Cvs staff "ohhh yea they dont take usb anymore" me - why? "they been broken. I dont know. Theres a walgreens down the street." doesnt give a shite about the business and sends me to competition.

  Since when has it been "store policy" to leave your belongings (in this case my work backpack) in front of the store while shopping? I've been coming to this CVS weekly for years and have never been asked, never been followed by someone in a suit to notify me of such policy. If it's your policy to inconvenience me while shopping, then I will make it a point never to shop at this CVS or any other CVS. It's a shame because the staff there are friendly and helpful.
