  Much more expensive than I'm used to, but they are nice and the place is clean.

  This was a great salon. I went three times over the last six months and was cut each time by the pedicure provider. There was no apologies or discount. Prior to the issues, it was an affordable salon.

  THEY ARE AWFUL DO NOT GO TO CUTICLES I GOT ACRYLICS ON SATURDAY AND 4 FELL OFF MY MONDAY. I WENT AND GOT THEM FIXED TODAY AND ANOTHER FELL OFF. THEY ARE RUDE AND BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR AWFUL JOB ON NAILS. STAY AWAY!!!!

  Always happy with the service, they do good work and they are honest about what they can or cannot do. It's always nice and mellow inside, no screaming and yelling while you are trying to chill. I've been up and down route 9 looking for something closer to my house, but Cuticles is worth the trip.

  One of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. Not only are the staff disrespectful and dismissive, they do not care whether or not you leave the salon satisfied. They are only interested in you paying for the services, but not ensuring that the service was fulfilled properly. Will most definitely discourage anyone from going to the salon due to their lack of care, respect, and courtesy for the customer. Can tell why Chris and Susan's main customers are high school students....no adult would put up with the blatant ignorance.
