  I instantly new I was in good hands with CJ .i’m a beginner . CJ explained what each exercise was for . He new what weight to use , and new how much to push me . Being a beginner I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to do the work out. CJ made it fun , I recommend this gym to everyone ! I can’t believe how inexpensive it is for having your own private gym with a mature professional trainer that really cares .
