  Custom Crating knew what I wanted in a crate design before I even knew what I wanted. Erik is very knowledgable and professional, and their driver Brad is always friendly and never misses a chance to help out. My company has used their services many times before, and no matter what size or shape or weight our parts are, these guys come up with a design for storage and shipping purposes with no issues at all. Anything you could think of, they’ve probably already aced it. We will continue to do business with them for a very long time.

  Wonderful people to do business with. I purchased a large machine outside of Seattle. Custom crating picked up the machine took it to there shop and crated it for delivery to my state. All of this was hassle free and done at a reasonable price. My machine arrived safe and sound. I highly recommend them for any of your needs.

  Excellent service! I highly recommend calling them for any of your crating needs...whatever you need to ship and however you need to send it, they know exactly what to do to get your items ship ready. We were on a VERY tight schedule to ship something out internationally. The items needed to be crated first to fit specs necessary for large air freight shipments. I contacted Custom Crating, and although they were short on staff at the time..they accommodated us and got the crating job done even faster than we expected...this helped us achieve the impossible, as we actually got the items shipped out to meet the extremely tight deadline! This could not have been done without their stellar service and professional knowledge of both crating and logistics. The staff was also very friendly and they responded to any phone or e-mail questions I had in a timely manner. (Erik and Nicole are extra awesome) We will most definitely use Custom Crating for any crating needs we may have in the future.

  I own a cabinet shop and have built lots of crates over the years. I recently started using Custom Crating and couldn't be happier. They are fast, the quality is great, and the prices are reasonable. Well worth it.
