  Weird hours that don't fit with a mom's schedule. Corny piped-in music you have to at least partially listen to to keep up with the "change station" announcements. "Stations" that expect you to march in place like you're in third-grade gym class. I'm sure this place works wonders for some older women, but I felt really, really out of place there and did not enjoy my workout at all. Worst of all, I had signed up for the year long membership, so was stuck paying a monthly fee for over a year while I attended other gyms. They really should have a trial period for attendees, since this really isn't the place for all people.
