  Great place! Friendly staff , they know everyone by name, are very encouraging . Clean and pleasant! Patty is very helpful without being pushy. Anyone can do this.All you have to do is show up !!

  Love this Curves! Patty is an incredible owner. The women are friendly, and Patty is determined to help everyone reach their fitness goals. This Curves is very clean. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the work out. The Body Basics and Zumba classes are great. Come join us!

  When the Curves in my area closed, I decided that I would work out at a gym rather than drive to a new Curves. Days and weeks and months went by, and I didn't get to the gym. The kink in my neck and the ache in my hands and back returned. Worst of all , I was disgusted because I was not working out. I decided to check out this curves. After my first visit, I was hooked! Patty, the Curves coach, was so helpful and supportive about getting me back on track and using the machines correctly .It felt so good to be back in a supportive community of women. Patty knows everyone's name and makes a point of introducing newcomers. Physically and mentally I am committed to these regular workouts. It is so good to be back on the special machines and stretching activities designed specifically for women. The activities have helped me to improve balance, to stretch and improve flexibility , and to strengthen my muscles . Above all, I look forward to the workouts!! The kink in my neck has disappeared, and the ache in my hands and back are gone. Most of all, I feel so good about myself. Even my husband commented on my improved energy and morale. I am actually getting healthier as I age. Thanks Patty. Alene

  I get that the place is not in the most distinguished of areas but that is no excuse. A couple of the employees are very nice. But the place is quite dirty and appears as if they are in the process of remodeling. Will not be returning. Horrible place that doesn't make you feel good or uplifted.
