::Very bad service. I took my GoPro Cam to get fixed because the little door that opens to plug the charger broke off when I was trying to open it. But the service person told me that they don't fix it bacuase supposedly it's an accessory. Even I bought extended warranty. She's very Dom because she doesn't even know what a GoPro it is. I took me several minutes to make her to understand that the problem it's part of the camera. She made me mad. I'm not gonna buy anything more from that store.

::I ordered a TV online. It was a great price, and I did (EVENTUALLY) receive the TV which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. That's where the good stuff ends. When I ordered my item, it took them over a week to process. Afterwards, they shipped it using Seko Logistics, which is a terrible shipping company. I didn't receive my TV until over a month after I actually ordered. The biggest problem was that I paid $100 to have it shipped, and I still waited that long. I sent customer service an email detailing my experience, but I never received a reply. If you deal with this company in person, perhaps you'll have a good experience,. However, I won't order from them online ever again, and I suggest you think twice if you decide to.

::I always shop at Curacao, but never rated it till now. The only reason why I'm finally rating and giving a 5 star is because Curacao came up with this new system where I can finally pay my items in any register. I no longer have to make line or wait in line for 15 mints like before . Also, I always get greeted by employees and that makes me feel very welcomed .

::This is seriously the worst company. I opened an account and credit card with them in September . I didn’t buy a product until December so even though I had a credit line, because I had not bought and item within 2 months they thought it was okay to run my credit again without notifying me! Then a couple of days ago i wanted to buy a slow cooker and i got a notification from my credit monitoring that my credit got ran again. Customer service told me that because I had not used my account it became inactive, so every time I want to buy an item the system will automatically run my credit! So until I pay off my account I will be able to reactivate my account and they will have to run my credit again!! This is a joke! I checked my credit report and within 8 months they ran my credit 7 times!!! This is extremely ridiculous I definitely recommend everyone to think about it twice before doing business with them!!!!
