  Cupcakes looked beautiful, cupcakes very dry this time. Used 2 years ago and cupcakes were moist and beautiful. Customer service is poor.

  The cupcakes were beautifully decorated but disappointingly tasted very dry...almost like they were day old. :( I did use this company in November and the cupcakes were amazing- they looked beautiful and tasted very fresh. Maybe they only bake every other day.... ?!?!

  We had our daughter’s 6th birthday party here today and it was absolutely perfect! Thank you to all of the staff for being so professional, caring, and extremely sweet to all of our guests. The party went so smoothly and the kids had a great time! I highly recommend Cupcake Girlz to anyone looking to have an amazing party experience!

  If I could rate them as a zero I would. Owners are extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered cupcakes for a coworker of mine with my credit card and sent the bakery a photo of what he requested. He called himself later to request a special cupcake for his son, in addition to the other cupcakes. When he went to pick it up the special cupcake for his son was never made and the cupcakes looked like something you would purchase at stop and shop. They looked like someone just slapped a cookie onto of the cupcake. They were not even the colors i had requested (I provided a photo, thinking this would be helpful so there was no confusion) He also said the cupcakes didn taste fresh. I contacted the owner to tell them I was mortified as I had recommended them! Instead of being apologetic the owner argued with me. She tried to tell me that the guy who picked up the cupcakes wss happy and left with a smile on his face. I then told her I paid for the cupcakes, not him! And I am not happy! Needless to say i got nowhere with the owner and will not be going back there. I have told my friends and family to stay away as well as my coworkers Responding to the owners comment below....I ordered these cupcakes for a coworker and he was the one who picked up the cupcakes. Please be aware that I PAID for the cupcakes, about $75. The person who PAYS is the reason you are in business and it doesn't matter that he seemed OK with the way they were, he later ate them and made a comment that they tasted worse than they look. You should be ashamed of yourself that this is the way you run your company and treat your PAYING guest.
