  I could give 0 star if I could but is not possible so I give 1 star, customer service sucks, you can stand there for minutes and nobody will help you or ask if you need anything. All of the people on parts just seat there on their asses not helping customers. Manager or someone needs to step up and light a fire under their ass, although I know they won't.

  Nice people but I'm not a big fan of Cummings motors since they had to put all the sensors and filter on to meet the communist regulations.

  Worse customer service I've ever experienced. Stood in lobby for 20 min while cummins personnel waking back and forth didnt even bother helping or at least asking if I have been helped. Rude personnel, if you don’t like your job at dealer go work some place else where you will benefit and people around you won’t be miserable.

  Only one guy in the warehouse is any good. Most of the staff is lazy. Clean though.

  Classy staff. Not cheap; but the service was exemplary. Way, way customer oriented. Went out of their way to please. Thanks again for the cap.
